Question Question about recently painted hood?

I had my SS Hood painted about 1 1/2 month's ago. My question is the hood look's like it need's to be waxed. The hood has little scratches in the clear coat like old paint. But the paint is not even 2 month's old the paint on the hood look's nice it is just part's of the hood has little clear coat scratches. Should I wax the hood even thow it has just been painted or what should I do to take the little clear scratches out.

I would use a mild polish such as Menzerna Final Polish, 1Z Metallic Polish, or Poorboy's Professional Polish. and then wax/seal the hood. 2 months is plenty of time for it to cure.

Your paint is prolly baked on the hood.
