Ws-6 Hood Painting?
Hey guys I have a really quick question for ya, on of my buddies is selling his WS6 ram-air hood to me for Reallyyy cheep, about 300$ , but the my concern is that his car color is sliver, and mine is midnight blue... about how much would it cost to get it painted?
I really just dont want to spend over 500 for this, because im REALLY tight on $ right now, but its just such a good deal i cannot pass it up... about how much you think it will run me...?

Probably $400, not really any more than that. Even if you can't afford to paint it right away, buy it. You'll never be able to get it at that price again.

If this is an OEM hood I would jump on that in a flash (i think they run for more then a grand).
Painting will probably be around the ballpark of 400-500 just for the fact its already one color. They have to strip down the color before they paint. I had my hood (Aftermarket, ready to be painted) done for $320. Came out like a dream!
Good luck.
