Anyone that knows about painting
I recently had to buy a new fender & bumper. So heres what I need to know.
I went ahead & bought the CME, & the ultra Z hood. My question is how much should it cost to have the following base coated & clear coated?
Front bumper
drivers side fender
SS CME rear valance
Ultra Z hood.
All of these are prepped & primed ready to paint. I also have someone to wet sand & buff my car so you dont have to include that. Im also assuming that it will proubaly have to be blended in with the rest of the car. I was just curious if my estimates were about right.. Heres the ones I got so far:
$625, $800, $500

if its already fully primed and prepped for paint and all someone has to do is shoot it, it shouldnt be that expensive. Most of the cost involved in paint work is the labor they have to perform with the sanding, priming, resanding, repriming, and so on and so forth. You get the idea.

6-700 isnt bad really, new parts gotta be painted in and out youll have to blend into the door and clear the side of the car and they gotta use flex etc..probably 2 bills in materials so 4-500 isnt bad for the labor
