Default painting an ls1 intake

i want to paint my intake to match th body color. Im wondering how hard it is to remove/reinstall and what do yall do for paint? Do I need a special paint?

Try to get some duplicolor (or something similar) in your car's oem color. Make sure you clean/degrease it well, and use a duplicolor primer to ensure the paint adheres well to the intake. It's really easy, but will look like **** if you don't take your time.
