Chrome Ss Hood Scoop Grille ! I've been trying to find a chrome ss hood scoop grille. I keep getting sent to afterthoughtsauto.com but cant seem to find it on their sight. People on their gallery pages claim to have gotten them from there an dI realy like there stock-like honeycomb look. Im desperate!

Two words: Good Luck.
I don't think they make them anymore, and you'll be hard pressed to find anyone that makes anything similar. All that piece was was a stocker dipped in chrome...nothing more. It would chip off with regular driving...someone needs to step up and offer a stainless/aluminum replacement.

I'm currently running the Afterthoughts "chromed" stock grille...I bought it used last summer. I'm still not sure I like it...it has kind of a cheap feel to it. I'd love to see one done in billet or stainless mesh. You can have your stocker "chromed" if you can find a shop that does plastic...there are several shops on the internet and there is one here in the Pittsburgh Area...PM if you want their phone number.

What about a billet grille? Does anyone make those? I have an old billet grille im going to try & cut and place in the opening of my ultra z hood. But I would like to buy one if anyone knows where I can find one.
