You can usually find them on Ebay, or you can try some of the vendors on the right. There is also a member on here who used to make them to fit the fbodies. I'm not sure whether he still does or not. I always see them on Ebay, though.

See that "Search" button up there?
Use it, You'll find a ton of info, ...
.02 cents worth, ...
Anyway, back to the question at hand, ...
If you want just the OE covers, you can buy them for about $50+ depending on where ya get'em.
But they have to be cut to fit the F-Body cars. Trial & error if you wanna do it yerself.
You can also pick up a set already cut for about $85+, again, depending on where ya find'em.
Then, if ya have the cash, you can order the already made custom units. Very impressive products. But will set ya back $275+
So, again, ..., Use that "Search" function, ...
Good Luck!

Search this site (LS1Tech) for "FRC" or "Fuel Rail Cover" and you'll find a wealth of information.
Excerpts from a previous posts of mine:
The link no longer works unfurtunately. I'll see if I can find another. They used the Z06 covers which only have one fuel line slit. If you have the 1998 Corvette covers which already have 2 fuel line slits, then you have one less cut to make. PontiacFan's Webshots gallery is no longer available either.
Excerpts from a previous posts of mine:
Here is a link where the guy used the ZO6 FRCs that have the provision for only one fuel line. If you have FRCs with a provision for the return fuel line (2 fuel lines total), then you will have to make 1 fewer cut.

GMPartsDirect.com wants $18.81 each for the black ones. Its the dealership that wants at least $30 each (according to GMPartsDirect the GM List is $37.62, which sounds about the amount the dealership wanted to charge me).
