Default got nasty oxidation on your headlights or for the T/A's the 3rd brake light? come in!

well i am sure that you guys already know this but i didnt until this weekend when we tried some different things on my friends 95 jeep. his headlights had nasty yellow tint to it. he saw somewhere where they used a dremil or something to polish it. worked pretty good. well after some trial and error we found using wheel cleaner worked the best and with your hand not hte dremil (risk of burning up the plastic) i did the 3rd light on my t/a after that and WOW it looks brand new. did the fog lights also lol. if this is a repost sorry i just got excited that it worked so well lol.

Just to add another good way to clean that crap off the headlights is to use a polish for metals. I use the Eagle One Never Dull on all 3 of my cars and they all had very bad yellow tint on the lights especially my Integra and now it looks like i bought new headlights for. Also Wenoil is good as well.

Be careful on the composit headlights, there is a protective film to aid against chips and scratching that you can polish through.

If you do polish through it theres nothing you can do about it, it stands out just like when you polish throught the clear coat on a paint job.

I did it today one one of my headlights on the truck and it worked pretty good. You cant even tell it was ever foggy. I still have to do the pass. side but I'll take a pic of the before and after and post so you can see how well it works. I hope to get the truck washed tomorrow
