Default Carbon Fiber or brushed aluminum interior kit?

Hey guys! I have a 2001 black/black WS6. My plan this winter is to either get a carbon fiber interior kit, or brushed aluminum interior kit, and some silver face gauges. My car has a subtle them going. Black with charcoal metallic accents with charcoal and silver headrests. So I think either of these interior choices would be good. But which one do you think would look the best? Thanks for your opinions guys!

Personally, I'd do the brushed aluminum. Nothing against CF, as I love it, but it seems that everyone and their mother is doing CF these days. I think they'd give you a nice contrast against the black interior, and match the gauge faces better as well.

I love the look of carbon fiber, but the brushed aluminum would be a nice change from the norm. Where are u getting ur interior kits from?

hard to find real carbon fiber kits around for TAs. I know Year One makes a real nice kit. I've seen it in person and it looks nice. I would go with the brushed alluminum look because I think it would real clean on a dark car with dark interior

IMHO I think the brushed aluminum looks more "old school"- which there is definately nothing wrong with that, but your car is not a 1st or 2nd gen, so to me, it doesn't quite "fit" if that makes sense... I say CF $.02

You can send the parts out and have them custom covered.

No, I don't have any write ups on how to do CF. There are books out there and some websites that can help. I've just pretty much taught myself over the last couple years how to do it, talked to people who have been in the business for a long time, etc... It's a skill that takes practice. CF is very easy to mess up if you don't know what you're doing!

Yes, the blurry pic is CF brake pad covers on my Corvette. I'll try to get some better pictures soon
