Default Front clip

Anyone know where it bolts up and if it is adjustable at all? I had a minor accident yesterday and the passenger side of the clip got pushed in a hair, so now the clip is flush against the hood on that side and there is a little bit of a gap on the drivers side. Car is an 01 WS6.

It's not the hood, and I don't think anything bent. I wasn't going more than about 5 mph when I hit the guy in front of me, and I don't have more than a few scuffs on my front clip on the passenger side. It's like it just pressed the passenger side of the clip in toward the body a hair on that side of the car. I don't know where the clip bolts up to the body but I was going to try to loosen the bolts and move the clip around a little if I can find out.
If anyone knows another way, or where to look for the bolts, please chime in.
