I think I have decided to go ahead and install professionally made and cut light weight carpet instead of buying the cheap stuff.

Speed Inc or Year One Carpet?
The Year One has sound deadening and only weighs 17lb from what I am told. The Speed Inc does not, not sure of weight??? And this is a daily driver so the sound deadening would be nice.

Any opinions?

hmmmm didn't know speed inc sold it. I was gonna go buy the cheap stuff and do it myself in the next week or so. I used to work at an interior shop so it should be pretty easy plus my boss still gives me a discount on supplies
