Cool Got myself a new LS-1 Daily Driver, 2004 GTO

Well, one can never have enought cars, right? I love my Truck, but it was getting old as my Daily Driver, parking was a *#$%& !
I broke down and bought a new GTO.

I added this to the fleet:

A 2004 GTO, Quick Silver Metallic Paint, Rethot/Anthracite combo Leather Interior and an A4. The car's come completely loaded.
These are very nice cars, I can't beleive these thing are not selling! (Sorry the pic ain't all that great, but it snowed, last night
and the ground is all covered with salt.

Bought it at Howard Pontiac in Elmhurst. Very nice people. I feel I stole the car . . .
After $5,000 in rebates, $1,850 in haggling, $1,000 in GM Dollars and $3,000 bonus GM Dollars, I drove the car off the lot,
including 5 yr/50,000 m GMPP Ext Warr, Taxes, Title and Licence, for $23,692.00. 3 yr for 0.9% Finance too . . .

One can say I am a very happy camper!

Nice ride! I checked them out when I was car shopping this past fall and I would have really loved to have bought one as a daily driver (really needed a pickup instead). I don't supose that this is going to stay stock for to long?

You have a nice list of rides Wish I had some of them That is a killer price on a GTO. They had some kind of Red Tag thing here. They are marked for 25,999. What are GM Dollars? If I could get that price out the door with all that I would def. have one! Congrats!

Nice, my brother, two uncles, and three cousins are leasing one for $220 a month, zero down for two years. It is a very nice car. You WILL have this to complain about though:

1. The HU will automatically power down when the amp gets too hot as a safety precaution (at least that's what the dealer told my brother, two uncles, and three cousins).

2. When it's chilly and rainy, your windows will fog up like there's no tomorrow and there's pretty much nothing your HVAC can do about it.

Damn nice car though.

At the prices they are offering right now, I'm SO tempted to buy one as a "work beater". Definitely THE best value out there right now in terms of quality, performance, and price.

I'll bet you put wheels on it as soon as the snow goes away

Call me a traitor, but I'd still rather have the new Mustang GT. Sweet *** car, though.

Thanks guys, yeah the price and incentives are awesome. More power and 10 G less than my Convertible SS . . . WOW!

Mods, yeah like I'll leave it alone. Three appearance items are on my mind.

1: Wheels
2: New grilles (already ordered)
3: Front chin spoiler

As for performance, maybe an exhaust and air intake . . .

What type of wheels are you looking at? 5 spoke or multispokes like the 'vert?

I almost got an 04 GTO. But I passed. I really didn't want to fork out 2K, for another down payment.

Especially since I had just purchased my Firehawk a month before that. Although now I am wishing I had, I'm really starting to hate my truck. Damn thing gives me nothing but problems. Minor ones, but problems non the less.

It is a fun driver. With all the salt dust on the road this baby light's em up no problem!

After driving a diesel pick up this thing is going to get me into trouble . . .
