removed side molding. pics.
me and my girlfriend just removed all the side molding on my Ws6. i am very pleased with the results!

Looks great. What did you use to get all the adhesive/gunk off? I want to do this to my car, but it is white and I am worried about having grayish marks where the adhesive is.

thanks alot guys! Poik- i used 3m adhesive and wax remover. does not harm paint at all. just be sure to rewax the applied surfaces to get back your shine. will not affect your paint in any way.

eric I did this on my car a while back used wd40 but washed it and waxed it immediately after... might wanna wait till it warms up a lil though... even with a heat gun it was a pain.

2001FireBird: thanks man, i think she looks sexy also! 02ws602wrx: i used dental floss at first but it kept breaking. so i went with fishing line and it was alot easier. i slipped the fishing line under the molding and pulled out slowly, then when i could grab a piece of the molding, i just pulled the rest off with my hands. i got the adhesive off with 3M adhesive and wax remover. be sure to wash and rewax the applied areas.
