I don't think so b/c it's plastic. I think you can only powdercoat metal.

It could be painted.. or it could be covered in the faux carbon fiber.

Technically it could be plastic chromed but im not sure how it would hold up..

Only so much you can do with plastic

Don't think powdercoating will work due to the fact it's plastic - plus the powdercoat needs to be baked at 400 Deg+ to cure the paint.

I had mine chromed (guy that does my metal chroming/polishing also does plastic) Cost was $135 - it's been on the car for over a year now with absolutely no problems. I don't ever expect to have any problems - this guy knows what he's doing. I have at least 5K in chroming between my T/A & 68 Vette - I've never had any problems over the years with any chroming he has done - either metal or plastic.

So as long as you use a plating shop that also specializes in plastic - you will have no problems. And the effect is excellent!
