I Entered My Car In The Portland Rod & Custom Show...
Holy COW!!!! I am pinching myself.
1st Place Class Winner, Street Machine Pro Touring Class at The Portland Rod and Custom Show 2005
I am sooo happy!!! It was a great time and my entire family had a blast.
I appreciate all of the ideas exchanged here and everyones support on the board that you have given me! A special thanks to my friends close to home here from the Pacific Northwest. I probably would not win anything without all your suggestions. I really feel fortunate to be able to have a fun hobby like this.
Thank you all, Todd
Here are some pics I wanted to share from the show...

CONGRAT's on the win!
It's nice when all of your hard work pays off.
I really need a buffing wheel...............
How did you polish this?
Isn't it a white plastic piece? or did you mod your own pipe?

I believe that ps cooler is metal.
I am definitely NOT surprised Todd. The work you put in to that beauty should be rewarded. Not too many people have your kind of discipline and patience!
SUCH A BEAUTIFUL CAR!

Thank all of you very much for the compliments, it means a lot, seriously.
It is the aluminum power steering cooler and can be polished. I just want to mention that is an old pic and I painted all the clamps black to hide them (Steve will bug me to death about those, lol). I followed these steps in this write up I did... Polishing Tips
Here is a better pic of the clamps with the bolt ends turned under and polished of course. Hose Techniques
