Default Clear Coat Help!!!

I took of a decal and a spot thats about 2"x2" of my clear coat peeled off too, anything I can do to fix it?

Put another slightly larger sticker back on it?

Seriously, you need to have it re-cleared, talk to a body shop.

If you want to tackle this yourself, it should be fairly easy. Just clean the area well. Lightly sand down the edge of the clear coat and apply a thin layer until it is even. Then you can wait until that is completely dry and wet sand it with about 800 grit paper. Once that is done you go over it with polish compound and it will look good as new.

If you aren't comfortable doing it yourself, I would suggest taking it to a body shop.

the only way to really do it right is to spray the whole panel rather than just spot touch the clear. you can try to take short cuts but it will show up down the road.
