Default Turn signal housing seals

Is there supposed to be a foam seal or something like that on the bottom of the plastic bulb piece that contacts the turning signal housing?

I put my old turning signals back in cuz the clear corners were leakin and I was wondering if i was missin somethin.

Thanks,
Lane

Yep there should be like a flat rubber washer/0-ring around the turn signal bulb assembly. Without that your light will fill up like a bucket. When i changed over to clear lights I noticed my washer was missing from the driver side so I went to a parts store and got an 0-ring about 1/4 in diameter and put her in....no problems so far. GL
