Default Any tips on removing undercoating?

I've got my car up on the rack with the entire drivetrain/suspension out of it. (down to the bare floorboards).

I'm trying to remove all of the undercoating so I can paint the undercarriage.

So far I've been using a propane torch and a putty knife to scrape it off, and mineral spirits to clean off the excess.

Progress is pretty slow. Have any of you tried the undercoating remover from Eastwood?

Thats what works, it just takes time. Paint thinner(auto body grade)will work better than mineral spirits.

I agree, get some hot thinner from your local auto paint supply store.

And be patient....
