New photos! Custom painted Camaro grille I finally got my SS grille back from the paint shop. I masked off the center sections on the back of the SLP grille and left them gloss black, and had the rest of the grille painted hugger orange to match the car. Then I installed a '97 Camaro SS white/orange emblem on it (from ebay). While I was having the grille painted, I also had them paint the door mirrors orange too.
I also did the painted headlight mod with metallic charcoal paint. I have the center mount exhaust kit painted up and ready to install, but not enough time this week to put it on.
Well, here is the new and improved look:

All that I have left to do is put on the black ZL1 hood/trunk stripes, and lower the car. Then I'll dig under the hood

looks awsome we all knew it wouldnt take long for it to look nothing like the day u got it...
With the black on the grill and going with the black stripes why not paint the headlights black aswell???

W/o the stripes, it looks like too much orange for my taste. I would've maybe brought the black on the cross-bar, and done the SS w/ a black outline for more seperation. But im sure once the ZL-1 stripe gets added it wont have the same "orange overflow" look.

I think some black halos would look great on there to go with your stripe, rather then those grayish painted headlight's. but the grille does look good. -Jim

Holy Hell Tony, you sure come up with some great-looking mods. I'd have never thought of that grille paint scheme, but it looks amazing. And from looking at my sig pic, you can tell that I'll definitely love the painted scoop. 
Plus that CME is my dream exhaust....
