Default Fog Light & DRL See-Thru Mirror Covers

Got some clear acrylic fog light and DRL covers to cover up the old ugly DRL and cracked fog lights. I used some medium (looks like 35%) residental mirror tint and applied it just like on windows with soap and water. Should compliment the chrome overlay bird on the front. The fogs should look about 1" bigger due to these things covering up the entire holes in the bumper.
After it dries tonight, I'll install them tomorrow after work. Here's some quick pics uninstalled.

Looks like you did a nice job. Post pics when it is on the car.

J/W… will the heat from the lights affect the tint negatively?

I've thought about that. For the DRLs, I'm thinking it'll be all good. Fogs? I dunno since I'm running 55w bulbs. Got plenty of tint and acrylic can be buffed smooth/shiny, so I'll find out! I think as long as they're not touching the lense, it'll be all good. I haven't trial fitted them yet so only time will tell..

Pics after they're installed! Might be waiting a day, weather might not hold out.
