Default Red digital guages

I am asking because I am wondering if others have done so. I am ways loved the red guages and etc that come with the car. And since my car is red it looks even better to me. I added a few red digital guages to the car, like trans temp and a/f and fuel pressure. But instead of putting them in a pillar housing, I put them in the vents. So at night when I am driving all lights on in the car are red. Has anyone else done this or just got the plain jane guages.

I hate to say but it has been done. It still looks awesome in my opinion. I would do it if I didnt have rectangular vents. BTW just hit 200 posts haha

Some people will stuff insulation in the vent to stop the heat and air, but I didn't you still feel the cold air on the heat coming through, however you can not adjust the direction that it blows
