Default quater panel dings

Hi i have some quarter panel dings on my driver side to the top side of the quarter panel. I'm not sure if its the famous f body body flex or not. Once I got the car I added subframe connectors to it. But since I bought it used im not sure about the previous owner. Then again I'm not sure was the dings after I had the subframe and there was still body flex. I have slp bolt in which makes me think maybe the bolts are loose. Still gotta check. Basically gonna check the bolts and have pdr get them out and go from there. If it still comes back I'm going to add a 6 point cage. Gotta need the cage soon or later anyways. But one question is..after you add the subframe is that a guarentee of not body flex side affects like this?

Subframes help a great deal in reducing body flex, but do not completely cure it. I also have these "dings''. I assumed they were from doors, but I'm not sure sure now. I also have subframes.

Well if yours is on the side then yeah those are from doors but mines are on the top part of the quarter which doesn't really make sense. By the sound of it I may still have some flex so roll bar maybe in the works...

Mine are on the tops too, like at the same level as the door handles and not too far away.

I have the same dings on the top of my fender. I have the weld subframes and my car is twisting all to ****, but mine didnt start until I put the M/T on. Ive had to adjust both of my front fenders out so they wouldnt hit the doors, the passenger side is lower than the drivers side,1/2 inch on the front and about 1 1/4 inch in the back. I think a 6 point cage is the only thing thats gonna help.

I've got these dimples too. I only have a lid and catback. My tires are toyo proxies which hook really well and I have an A4 with 2.73s.

My car has some dents too. I don't have sfcs but my car is stock. I've only run the car maybe 6 times down the track and I've only used my bald BFG KDWs and never hooked.

I've seen some SFCs from Wolfe where they cut into your floor pan and weld the SFCs all along the car. If you go to Wolfe's website you can see what I'm talking about. I would do it but I don't want my car cut up like that
