Fender stripe on White Z <pic> Got a metallic silver fender stripe from fellow member for cheap, and I must say it adds a subtle touch to the front of the car. I've gotten tons of looks in the past couple of days, more than usual

i know they're not as OEM as Teri's, but I love them! I think when the rear tires go bad, i'm gonna go for some 295 or 315s, but i want a taller sidewall so i dunno...
Does anybody else have any fender stripes? I searched but not too many people have them...is it because they think it looks bad?
On another side note, a guy at a stop light today asked me if it had a corvette motor in it. I said no and proceded to do a MEAN burnout right in front of his face. He probably can still smell that rubber two hours later...

Your car looks awesome and I love the fender stripes in that color (along with the C6 wheels, clear corners, removed grille, etc. If you took off the side moldings and lowered it, it'd be perfect.

yeah, she's come a long way in five months. I'll definitely be lowering it, the suspension is pretty beat up right now anyways so it'll be good to get some new stuff in, probably 1.5" will be good for my taste. the molding will stay on tho, too many a$$holes around here (Bay Area, CA) that can't seem to park if their life depended on it. thanks for the great comments tho!

I know these are from the Grand Sport styling, but something I've always wondered, why just the driver's side?

I actually really like it on one side, plus I drive in the slow lane anyways
