has anybody bought a pair of these...they say they are plug and play, but how would you get the halo part to work? I haven't found a sponser that sells halo headlights...so i resorted to ebay

Try a search, theres like 50 threads on this topic...
Theres only 2 wire, one wire to the purple fog light wire.
The other is a ground.

I got mine from the same guy. Love 'em. I did, however, use my old brackets off my original lights. This make install a LITTLE easier. This meaning, they're still a little tricky. Like BluCam said, you just run the black wire to the ground and the colored wire to your choice of a 12VDC source. The halo ring is lit by two LED 's. You can run it to your fogs or parking lamps or a seperate switch.
