I need help deciding on whether I should put clear or smoked corner lights. And on whether I should do the whistler mod or buy black halos. There is a pic of my car in my sig. Thanks for any input. Also where can I buy bulbs that are clear and still flash orange? Also If can please post pics of your car whith any of these mods.

yea i would paint the inside of the headlights compared to buying halo covers. as far as bulbs goes, i would go with the Silverstar bulbs. also a mod on the Z28s i like is the billet grill on the front with the Z28 over to the side.

Whistler mod looks great on silver cars. Here's a couple pics of mine with it done. I did mine with a Charcoal Grey, rather than black, BTW...

I went ahead and bought some smoked lenses off of ebay. I read in the past that aftermarket corners will start to get condensation in them after awhile. how can I avoid this. Doubt It I like how your lights look are charcoal gray rather then black. where can I find a Charcoal or Gunmetal gray to paint my lights?

I got it at Advance Auto. It was a Duplicolor spray can ( with the good nozzle, take the top off and you'll see what I mean ) titled Charcoal Grey Metallic. I think it was a Dodge color.

I voted "Whistler w/ Clear Corners" I think Silver Camaros look ssssmokin' with chrome accents: clear corners, chrome/polished billet wheels (5-spoke, preferrably),chrome/poished billet grille (like Stull) then black-out the glass. If you do the Whistler thing, I'd do it body color.

Thanks for the replies, and pics. I think all your cars are pretty sick. I wanted a black or NBM Camaro at first I could barley aford mine so SOM was out of the question . But now that I see all these Silver ones I'm pretty happy. I bought the smoked corners and clear rear side markers about a week ago on ebay. Now I'm torn between halos and doing the whistler mod. I'll probly just do the whistler mod the only thing I'm afraid of is messing up but if I do I can alwas get black halos later I guess.

definentely black halos and clear corners. I wouldnt go with anything different. I hate the Whistler mod. The only reason i would like it is that its cheap, but doesnt look near as good as black halos

It kind of depends on what look you are going for. On my silver SS i have chrome wheels so i got the chrome halos and clear corners. I cant wait to put them on but my car is in the body shop right now getting the holes filled where the stock black grill was.
