What are you guys using to get your swirls out? The guy that owned the car before me didn't really care about the paint. So now i'm trying to make it look as good as I can considering it's swirl city

If you do a search you'll see everybody uses different products, it's mainly a matter of personal preference derived from trial and error. Personally, I like the Meguiars three step (clean, polish, wax) system but there are plenty other that will do just as good a job if not better. Some examples...Zaino, Mothers, NXT, etc...

Porter cable, and some pads (unless you like wearing your arm out) and as LvDemKings said it's a matter of trial and error, I like Menzerna, some like Zaino, others like something else
Start with the least abrasive product, and work up if you see no improvement.
Wash it, clay it, wash it again, then dry it, that'll give you a real good idea of exactly what condition the paint is in
