I just purchased my 2000 TA pewter about 2 months ago and have been working on it almost everyday. I bought the car from a state that requires front and rear liscense plates but my state does not. Does anyone out there have a pewter plate insert or know where i can get one?

GMPartsdirect has them... about $50 shipped I think. Don't have the P/N off the top of my head. The catalog has it though. You'll have to paint it yourself.

I'd keep an eye on ebay for one that is already the right color. That's how I bought mine. They usually sell for 50-60.
