Default guage help

I just go tmy new trans temp and oil temp gauges. everything is is wired up but i have no idea were to put the sending units. So whoever has done this could give me any help on were do they go? thanks

Trans Temp is the easy one. You can either replace either the drain plug or the fill plug on the transmission case with the Autometer sender and the appropriate adapter.

Oil Temp is a bit harder and more involved. Best place is to use the piece just above the oil filter. It unbolts from the block with 2 10mm bolts, I believe. Take it off and drill out the partial hole you'll see with a 21/64" drill bit and then use a 3/8" NPT tap to create the threads. Autometer sending unit will then screw into that hole.
