Default Mold on Plastic/rubber trim

I have been looking at a silver 2000 WS6 M6 with about 63,000 miles on it. The car is in great shape. The only thing I could see wrong with the car is that it has what appears to be mold or dark spots on the rubber/plastic around the t-tops and windows. Is there anything that can be done about this?

I'd just replace the weatherstrip.
