that's why i drive a beater during the winter. granted, it's a 944 porsche so it's not much of a step towards a "beater" but yeah. in any case, looks like ya just need a new bumper and turn signals. the fenders are metal (someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I thought the front fenders and rear quarters were metal) so that can be welded back together and such.. bumper's not expensive, I got my replacement front bumper off ebay for $106 shipped to my door. The entire thing won't be cheap, but atleast it's not totalled.

ok, so replace the front fender too. In any case, if you get the parts off ebay, they're not expensive at all and the fit is pretty good for aftermarket reproduction pieces.

Ya, I got my front bumped unpaint for 90 shipped...(Wanted a new one cuz of the rock chips and lil scuffs from misc **** over the past 7 yrs) and I am in the process of talking to some body/paint shops about getting a nice paintjob. (I saw front bumpers going for about 300 shipped painted and ready for direct bolt up!

yeh, moment of blondeness. I was thinking back when I was installing my bumper, the front fenders looked like they were bolted to the metal, and I think that's why I was thinking metal. I knew the rear quarters were, so I just assumed. I do appearance, not technical body repair.
