I was planning on prepping the car myself well most part anyhow and i would like to know on sanding the parts on the car. what to use on parts that are down to the urethane not real bad just really marks or rock chips and on the ones that i guess just need ot be roughed up?? anyhow i would like to keep driving it as long as possible because when i start to get it painted it wont have the motor in it cause im getting the firewall as well painted ( different color) and the motor built.....also about the top it's black now and could use a paint job should i leave it black or paint it the same color as the car?? it's a hardtop too so its no t-tops to get in the way....let me know on that also the best way to anyhow all you paint guru's help me out on preping this stuff what to use on grits and any help at all i greatly appreciate it thanks...............
