The price of an item is determined by the physical costs to make it, and the amount of time that goes into actually making the real product. So, the word "ridiculous" is relative to someone's own judgement. For instance, I have had people complain about my prices. On the other side of the coin, many, MANY customers say the product is worth every penny. The truth is, the common person has absolutely no idea what has to be done to make the items. The cheapest way to do it is to do it yourself if you have the means. If someone else has to do it, then you can expect to pay more than what it costs the producer. The producer has to make a profit, and that profit is determined by the producer because they are the one who devotes the time and effort. If I sold items at half the price I am at now, I am sure some people would still say they are high. That's pretty sad when I am already much cheaper than the competition. To me and knowledgeable consumers, none of my items are overpriced. To people wanting something nice and expecting to get it for nothing, almost all prices are unreasonable in their eyes. Some people just need to get a clue.

It is easy to say something is too expensive. Ultimately, only the producer can determine if something is too expensive by the number of sales yielded. Supply and demand generally determines all price levels, but in my case, I drop the prices lower than anyone else while using the superior material just to do a favor for the automotive crowd who want the best without breaking the bank. But, you can't please some people.

If I were to make these, the "W" can be done in any color, but I will not put the build number info on the emblems. If you want that done, you would have to take it to an engraver. Keep this topic going. If there is enough interest, I can make them for all that want them, and this will be better for everyone. If I have to make these for one person, then they will pay a higher price because it will be considered a custom order. My laser guy has recently decided to charge me a butt-load to cut new items. Unfortunately, that cost has to be reflected in the final product sale price. In other words, the more emblems made, the less the price will be.

dragonZ28, please dont be offended by some comments about price, I dont believe they were intended as a slight towards you in anyway. I know verywell, how tough it is to have something like this made. AND EVERYONE NEEDS TO KEEP IN MIND THAT THESE ARE NOT IN PRODUCTION, SO dragonZ28 STARTS FROM SCRATCH!!
