My friend just got me gauge overlays for my birthday and I'd like to put them on.
The instructions they came with are ultra vauge and don't go into any detail.

I have no idea how to take the cluster out or anything so I'm asking for your help.
I really don't wanna mess this up.

My car is a 94 trans am.

first thingu need to do is remove the trim bezel it snaps off, also u could drop the steering column to make it easier once u have the bezel off unscrew the black part of the cluster it should come out together with the plastic, don't remove your needles, try working around them, start putting your overlay thru the bottom first it be easier. Then connect your wires i connected mines to the headlight switch, so when i turned them on they light up. Or u could conncect the to your fuse box but everytime u start your car they would light up unless u have a on and off swicth. Hope this help
