i'm gonna order some of the spreewell hockey stipes for my 2000 z28, and cant decide on a color. i've got a carbon fiber theme going with the car now, but would the carbon fiber look cheap if the other stuff is real CF? if i dont go with carbon fiber vinyl, i'll just get black stripes since my car has a black top. here are some pics to help decide.

all the cf looks the same to me but the question is do you want that much cf on the outside of your car...its more or less a personal opinion not many people have mixed emotions on cf...you prolly either gonna get alot of yes it looks good...or your gonna get a lot of hell no's and its rice and wtf

but if you want my true advice if you like it do it

my car is twotone and not to many people like it but it has already won a few car shows so i must be doing something right

Dark charcoal. Not big on black stripes on a silver vehicle. I also don't care for the longer stripes. They have an odd front angle and just look out of place being so long. I wanted the classic factory style stripes that end by the door handles. There's pics in my sig link.

the short ones are the ones that have the big curve and look odd. i tihnk im'a go black since my top is black, and my tires are black too

man I wish somebody made Yenko stripes for our cars. I would have bought them instead of the long hockey sticks for my car.

just have a custom graphixs person make them thats what i planned on but it wouldnt lookk right with the twotone theme

Black looks good with a black top, I love mine. I'm personally not a CF fan, but some CF does look good. It's personal preference, either way I think it would look good.

or you can get the car painted with them, i like the painted ones better cuss you can do more to is, like drop shadows and FX's to the paint to make it more blinggy...but that's just and idea if you have money to throw around

If you want the Yenko style stripes for a 4th Gen, check out www.JCRacingDesigns.com and email them. When I bought my hockey stripes they emailed me to let me know that they were currently designing the yenko style stripes for the sides of a 4th gen. They said that they should be up for sale in a month or so (I still wanted the hockey stripes and couldnt wait for the new style). If the yenko style look even more cool, I might replace the hockey stripes with those.

No, I think mine are from the other seller (david0939). My wife bought mine for me for xmas last year. I have to get new ones now because a board hit the front of my car and knocked a bunch of paint of the front bumper, so now it has to be repainted. I think im going to get (fourthcircledesigns) this time. There wasn't any thing wrong with the others they looked great, but I like the front part of the fourthcirclesdesign. Either ones will look good.
