Switch Panels

does anyone make a custom switchpannel to go where the cig lighter and ASR button would be on Trans Ams?

Not that I know of
You can make one yourself, get the switch plate for a vert, they 2 switches there ( the second is for the top) get the second switch and wire it to whatever you want to use it for

i dont have traction control so could i use both switches?

Yea, the tcs switch can be used as a momentary switch for something, and the 'vert switch can be wired to open/close a cutout, a nitrous bottle opener, etc.
