Default ebay billet grills

i was looking into buying a diff grill to replace the ugly stock one, so i checked out ebay, and they were going for around $30 plus shipping. How come all the ones on this forums are going for 70-75? is there a difference? which company am i looking for?

You would think they would be better quality, usually you get what you pay for. However I have a hard time paying 60+ bucks more for the same thing. Thats whats keeping me from buying one right now

I can strongly suggest against that. I thought Id be a wise guy and do that same thing, it turned out to be a very bad idea. If you look at some of the pics in my sig youll see some pics with a black stull grille and some with the silver. I originally painted it black when i got it, and after not even a year of daily driving it was an absolute mess. Chips all over the place, for a while I could keep up by putting little dabs of touchup paint on them but after a while the touchup was making it look even worse. In the end I sanded all the black off and even now its still looks pretty crappy because of that. Long story short if you want black either buy it that way or have it powder coated. Do NOT spray paint it.

Got it from Speed Inc a long time ago, however, from what I know they dont sell them anymore. At the time that was the cheapest place I could get a stull grille from. Also the grille didnt come with the logo, I placed it on there myself.

i bought one from ebay for $32.95 for my 95 camaro, its quality is great and looks way better then before. the only thing i didnt like was the installation, you just screw in 4 self tapping screws, its easy but also easy for someone to take it. im not gonna put one on my 01 z-28 though i like the front clip way better
