any body take out the ash tray and put switches for roll control or buttons

yeah,
I got the JImmyjams ashtray plate with the nitrous buttons,
3 buttons and one purge, you can find pics at Jimmy Jams website,

McMAster Carr sells a real nice product that is very close in texture to our interior pieces. It's called: Static-Dissipative ABS/PVC

Part # is: 87265K24

Harris Speedworks sells a similar plate (looks exactly the same and might actually be the same one)...I ordered one from them when I ordered my kit and all the goodies. $30 is what I think I paid for it.
