Default Where to buy the front body kit piece for trans am?

I am looking for the front bumper piece off the CETA trans am. I have seen some people with that and was wondering where I can buy just that piece. The piece that goes under the front bumper.

come on, someone has to know. Some people have it on their cars. The CETA had a front body kit piece under the bumper, other people have had them put on their cars. Somene has to know where to purchase it..

I'm looking at a pic of the yellow and black CETA and I don't see what you are talking about. Can you post a pic of what you want? I know someone can probably help you if we know what you are looking for. Maybe the piece you are wanting was added to the CETA edition later and not from the factory.

yea i guess its like the one dduncan has. I thought the CETA came with it but I guess i was a moron. I wonder if there is problems with it diggin into areas, like the point. I wonder if it would scrape everywhere with a car lowered even a little bit.

The airdam itseld doesn't scrape at all unless you try and go up a steam incline or decline straight on. NOW if you have a lowered car AT ALL the air deflector that comes with that nose piece WILL scrape. The deflector is the plastic piece under the nose right in front of the wheels to help direct air into the radiator area. The one that comes with the nose is quite a bit longer and scrapes.

Hope that helps.

The WW air deflector is a piece of crap, poor quality. I scraped it a dozen times or so and one day I came to a stop sign and it fell off in the road because it had cracked all the way across. I then ordered one from vizages. Very high quality, excellent fitment also. It touched the ground since I am lowered 2" so I trimmed 1.5in off the bottom. Not one scrape since.

cause i was thinking of lowering my car 1 inch, but i was afraid the nose/tip of the front body kit piece would scrape or dig into the street. They give you a new air dam? why, what is wrong with the one on there now?

The black car in the pic I posted above is lowered and auto-crossed. So I guess the clearance must not be too bad on a lowered car.

Correct, they only make a body kit for the camaro but the air deflector is interchangable with the trans am. Probably one third the weight of the WW and much much better quality.
