Headlight Newbie. Questions.
Okay guys I hate that Yellow headlight color. I think it looks horrible and makes the car look cheap. Plus nothing looks better than being at a stree race and to signal your ready you pop your headlights up and they are blue and bright as hell. Just Looks Clean. And Intimidating. So what kind of options do I have to get rid of that yellow and replace it with something whiter or blue. Silverstar, Xenon bulbs? I have no Idea please help. Cars are LT1 camaro and T/A.

i know right now theres someone working on a projector headlight conversion for camaros with either black/silver halos or the stock headlights. i think his name is guy2626 or somethin like that. do a search...i think it might be a page or two back.
i know wut u mean about the loser yellow lights...i guess for now we culd always get the "cool blue" halogens and order the blue halo rings for ur halo lights (if u have 'em). other than that...we're stuck lookn yella.

Here is a post I made a while back.
Its mostly about HIDs, but there are links to posts about using conversion units to allow installation of standard bulbs instead of sealed-beams:

I think he's got a LT1 generation car and is referring to the light being emitted from the stockers looking yellowish, not the problem most LS1 Camaro owners have with yellowish looking lenses due to sun exposure.
Well either way....here's a two pics, my head and foglights are all Silverstars (actually so is the signal light bulb), and I have black Halo headlights.
So if you do have a LT1 car and can convert to the Silverstar 9006ST, then this is gonna be the result.
