Default Advice on what to do with stock hood!

I will be having My WS-9 hood installed soon so I will no longer be needing my stock non ram-air hood which is Artic white. What have others done with theirs?? Can they be sold for any $$? If so to whom? Junkyard? It doesnt seem to me that there would be much interest in one. Suggestions please! TIA.

i'd of sold mine if it didnt get dented right before i picked it up. Like it was said, I dont think you'll get much for it though. In retrospect I wish I still had my stock hood to try and custom fab the heritage trans am hood with the shaker scoop. Could have been a fun/unique project.

Since you wont get much you can try making a different style ram air hood or cut louvers or whatever they are called into it. If your not going to get rid of it might as well get creative....

You can ebay it but I doubt it will sell for more than 50 bucks. I dont think its even worth the trouble of shipping it for 50 bucks.

Thanks guy's, Hmmm...interesting idea trying to "mess" with it and "mod" it a bit. I just may see about that!

I also have my stock hood which is Arctic white. I think if the right person is looking on ebay (someone who needs a new replacement stock hood in white lol) you could end up getting something for it hopefully. I plan to at least try and sell mine this spring or summer..even if it is only $50, its one less thing laying around and $50 more for something else.

Keep it so when you sell the car you can put it back on, and put the ram air on ebay or your new F-body
