Default Stock GFX on a Formula?

Has anyone ever purchased the ground effects from the firebird and put it on their formula. My idea would be find a set and paint it a silver to accent my Navy Blue Formula. Has anyone ever done this or do they have pics. Any opinions would be nice also.

There are people who have done this. All in all, it's not too hard to install them. I'm not sure where the link is, but there have been a few discussions regarding this process recently. Good luck with the project.

I think it might look ok. Just don't paint them a different color than the car please.

How about if I just put on the rear piece it is the only piece I really like. I don't mind the rest though.

I think it looks pretty good, better than without anything. Check out tennessee auto sales or Billy Grahams camaro/firebird salvage for some used parts (since these are OEM parts)

I have seen a white formula WS6 here with a set on it... looks nice I think. I haven't seen it in a really long time or I would try to catch it and get you a pic.

Wings West kit with a two tone black/silver kit. Not the stock kit but you get the idea.

i honestly dont really like it.

but, to each his own.

i do think you should paint the part around the license plate silver too, that would help tie in the rear pieces.

Alright thanks for the opinions guys. I normally don't like gfx either but since it was a factory deal and not many were around I bounced it around for a few days now. After seeing that painted trans am with seperate painted body kit and learning how much these things actually cost I have renounced the w68 idea. Plus if I had my way and got an slp iroc spoiler and firehawk/predator hood it would be way too busy of a car.
