I believe it is a real corsa tip, but the finish and engraving is different.

I think it's a good copy. The welds aren't brushed over. It's not factory.(Corsa)

I don't know if they're real for sure or not, they could be from an earlier production run or off of another system. Either way they are in demand and those will probably sell pretty high.

I got my hands on some used premium ones that were scraped up pretty bad on the bottom where the guy had drug them. Spent a better part of the weekend learning how to sand down and re-polish stainless steel, it's pretty fun lol.

Just realized its only one tip and not two, thats sort of odd. It probably is off of a different set up or fake. Probably wont sell for as much either only being one tip.

edit: on second thought, it's hard to tell from those pics.

my Corsa tips have the script embossed... but maybe those are earlier ones?

That's what I was hoping someone would notice...it looks like "CORSA" is painted on or is a sticker or something.

I was looking at it because I can get another single tip for around the same price.

I have some replica corsa's that I just got welded on last week. I would send pics, but my license plate is showing. If you guys can cover my plate then I'd be happy to post some pics

What did you use (products and method) to take care of the scratches?

Thanks

On the older style Corsa tips the "Corsa" was painted on just like those. I think they are the real deal but just one...not worth it.

I'll try to get a decent write up when I feel like I have it down pretty well, but basically you just have to get whatever you want to polish smooth with sand paper going from course to fine grits (60, 150, 220, 400, 800 is what I used). I used an air powered sander and did some by hand. Then you have to get some black emery and white rouge buffing compounds and a buffer of some kind. A bench grinder with buffing wheels on it is what I used.

I'll do some before and after pics on the supercharger tubing once some more powerful sanding tools get here from eastwood.
