Painted Calipers photos, opinions wanted! Ok, painted my calipers today, came out GREAT! painted my base on it, stuck on the decals I scored on ebay, then cleared it with 4 coats.. I'm thrilled with how it came out, but should I paint the backside of the outer pad? What color? Suggestions?

You want opinions but not critisim? Thats like welcoming unprotected sex and expecting the girl to not come out pregnant.

I'm wondering what else I should paint, and in what color. Constructive criticism is good. ******* criticism isnt.
edit.. headers are the new "phantom" series of pacesetters. Ultra lightweight, they've actually got fishing line holding them down, kinda like a kite. God knows where the first set went..

GEEEEZ...TAKE IT EASY MAN...YOUR GONNA BLOW A GASKET.!!!!!!! I would and have painted the back of the pads BLACK...looks more " Finished "

I kinda think you should paint the back of the pad. Either black or silver. Every thing looks so damn good but the back of the pad just sticks out to me. Every thing else is shiny and then the pad is dull. Either way you did an awesome job on them.

I agree completely. I would go with flat black to hide the dirt and dust like you mentioned. It definately needs something though. Excellent work though!
