One of my Side Markers is brighter than the other!
I was driving behind my friend the other day and he said my left side marker is brighter than my right. Anyone know whats wrong? Do the bulbs need changing? If so... how do I go about doing that?

You can always try changing the bulbs. Theyre pretty cheap and just might solve your problem. Replace both of them, not just the one thats dimmer.
I got a '97 so I don't know how to change them, but hopefully you can figure out how to change bulbs.

There is only one bulb on each side on Camaros as well. The bulbs are dual filament - they have a bright filament for DRL/turn signal and a dimmer filament for parking/running lights. The only other bulb in that area (other than headlights) is the small side marker light on the side of the fender - it's a peanut-sized #194 bulb unrelated to your problem.
I wouldn't be surprised that the bulb is burned out. If that's the case you would have also noticed that your turn signal on that side goes on but doesn't flash. Replacing the bulb should solve the problem.

I replaced the bulb on the driver side (the one that was not as bright as the other). Problem not fixed, the light looks the same. The wire harness looked kinda burnt that could be my problem.

Yes, our cars are infamous for getting moisture in those lights and corroding the sockets. A corroded socket could easily cause problems with the wires going to it. The replacement part (socket and pigtail) is part number 12159662.

When I replaced the actual socket, it took me 5 mins in a parking lot after getting the part from a scrap yard. Mine were messed up from continously getting wet and they work great now. Its not very hard to replace them, I stripped the ends, twisted them together and capped em'.

My drive side was bad because of the housing. Both were really bad actually. The socket had water and rust in it. I bought both housings and put in an extra socket I had....Now that are perfect!
BTW I was told that the OEM socket costs like $50. Vato zone or some other auto store should have some sockets that would work that cost like $5
My other one looked just as bad
