Default Those with Baker hose smooth bellows.....

Did you cut it when you installed it to make it shorter? It seems alittle longer than the stock bellows. Just wondering...

Yes, I cut mine. That was when I was still running a MAF. When the MAF was deleted, I cut it again.

With MAF:

Without MAF:

I tried installing it today.. I got it installed, but I don't think I'll be able to put the lid on. The SLP MAF won't move at all...I may try the Ferno one or just go back to the stock one.

What's keeping the lid from going on Travis?? Did you trim enough off the Baker hose? It comes WAY too long.

The bellows buckles in the middle. Have I not cut it enough? It's the same height as the stock bellows??

Nope, not cut enough. Cut it till it will allow the lid to go on. Should not have any buckling. It's been awhile since I did mine, but if I remember right I cut off a LOT from both ends to make it fit.

Oh, by the way Travis, please tell me you're getting ready to have that lower airbox painted????? Is that why it looks so ruff?

I knew I should have said something... It's a old lower airbox I have that I may get painted silver, like we talked about awhile ago. I've already had the stock lower airbox painted gloss black, but I didn't want to experiment with that since I was scratching the lower airbox up geting the maf on. I'm going to cut it more and try again!
