Default Freedom design spoiler vs. RK Sport spoiler

I can't find many pics through search.

I'd love to see more camaros with either the freedom design high-rise spoiler (one piece) or the RK Sport 'Performance spoiler' (three-piece high rise).

I already know BitViper has the first one but I'd like to see more. I'm trying to discern if that RK sport one is too tall or not.

Pics would be appreciated!!

I tried to link them right from the sponsor site but it wouldn't work.

This is Bit Viper's car with the freedom/G2 spoiler. As far as the rk sport one, the only pic i can find is the one on the website.

Mod note: Added the other picture as an attachment.

Here's about a 200 degree walk around of mine with the Freedom Designs spoiler. Should give you a good enough idea for the Freedom Designs.

Obviously since I bought it, but I love the Freedom Designs. The RK Sport one is pretty nice, but you need a tall hood in my opinion to even it out. Both, in my opinion, need the right hood to keep the height of the car right... big spoiler in back and regular hood will make the backend seem too high. Just my opinion, though, glad to see more people choosing something other than the regular old RS or SS spoiler.

The freedom design spoiler looks alot better.. biggest reason I think is that it is a one piece unit. The Rksport one is sweet too..but it looks broken up. My mind is set I'm getting myself the Freedom design spoiler.

try LGmotorsports I think!? I like that spoiler! If I had a Z I'd put it on there! And does that make the trunk non-usable? Or is it not connected to the 1/4 panels?

I dont think its connected to the rear fenders, just the hatch itself.

Correct

Correct again the only problem I have withe the spoiler is that when the rear lid is up only part way..like when AIm in the garage..it creeps down.ie wont stay up..here's my glamor shot of the car showing the wing..

My uncle has the RK Sport one, I think (it was on the car when he purchased it). I don't really like the slope of it. The Freedom one looks better, though I don't think I've seen it in person.

The spoiler mounts via 4 bolts into the stock spoiler, you have to drill the holes and mount it and such. http://www.freedomdesign.com/

meissenation, How is the fit and finish/quality of the spoiler? And what material is it made of? I've checked quite a few of our sponsors to see if they carry it and can't find it.. they want 75 bucks for shipping from freedomdsign.com !

75 isn't really bad considering how large the box is. It's fiberglass, quality was pretty good IMO. I couldn't have been happier, and the price for the spoiler itself is pretty low, seems most aftermarket spoilers are higher priced than that.
