Question What do you guys use to clean the stock calipers?

Mine are all dirty and I haven't found a product to clean them like when they were new.

What are you guys using and please show pics?

If you don't want to polish or paint you can attach a wire bristle brush to a drill and it'll have a clean, satin finish. Follow up with high heat clear and it'll stay nice for quite a while,(couple months) then brush it again.

Have you found a high heat clear that doesn't yellow easily? I tried the stuff from Autozone but it yellowed a little bit as soon as it dried, and got even worse over time.
