I could be wrong, but I think the styrofoam is there to help support the front bumper assembly. It is possible that it could sag over time if you remove the styrofoam. You can always cut out holes in the styrofoam if you want, but if you put mesh over the holes, it will look fine.

I am going to purchase a Wings West insert, it comes with mesh for the holes. It is easier than having the mounting holes filled in and repainted.

It would if you ran hose from there to the bottom side of the intake, it would be like a ram air addition. The intake is at the bottom front of the airbox from the factory, but you can do the free ram air mod/enhanced version.

I highly doubt it, I've seen it done before. But I'm no expert. Don't take my word for it, maybe someone else here will respond. Good Luck

Could, but there wouldnt be enough pressure to push the water up thru the tubing into the intake IMO.

Hitting the airbag sensors? Are you cutting your car in half where the center console is or something?

Where in the hell are you finding a Wings West grille, I didn't think that those were available anymore.

Call them, I did, and they still produce them. That is a rumor that they stopped.
