Default Just got these new DECALS today...*PIC*

Just got these in the mail today from marylandspeed.com....Anyone know the best way to put these on without messing them up...Wet or Dry????

I put mine on wet, that way if you need to move the decal, you can

putting it on wet wont keep it from sticking will it??? sry this is my first time trying this...next i should be getting my TRANS AM windshield banner decal so probably would want to do it the same if this works

No it'll just delay the adhesive from setting, it's more to ensure you get the decal lined up in the correct position, without the water the decal sticks and you're done, whether or not it's in the right place

They didnt send any instructions or anything...but everyone on here is always so helpful so why have instructions when you have LS1TECH.COM

did you ever build models when you were a kid? just like puttin on those decals. Put them on wet, move them around...the water will dry and they'll stick on.

Put mine on dry. If you don't push them down you can lift them back up and move them.

Put mine on dry too for the small decals like that. Gotta have a steady hand. My hood stripes I put on wet.

Thanks for everyones input...I put these on Dry and it turned out great...Im gonna put my TRANS AM windshield banner on Wet though...

I was gonna say, for something small and simple, you shouldn't need to use the wet method. Def. use the wet method for the banner though, it always looks straight until you take a few steps back and realize its on an angle!

I put all my fuel rail cover decals on dry, but then again, I put on a couple 100 decals each month!! Seriously, small decals can be put on dry if you're careful. Larger hood decals and whole car decals should ALWAYS be put on wet, wet, wet.
