Default paint SLP grille or leave it black

ok i have a slp bowtie grill and i am thinking about painting it the same color as my car since most people just leave it black...does anyone have any pics of theirs painted the same color as the car so i can get an idea of how it will look??

Not all exactly what you said, but a few variations on the theme...(none are mine BTW). I'll vote for paint.

If you paint it, just make sure you don't cheap out on the paint...other than that, go for it.

Looks amazing painted!

On a side note, BigRedZag, that is offically the paint job I would want done on my car if I owned a 4th Gen Camaro.

I'm in the minority here but I think when its painted it doesn't look very good.. maybe because I just've seen a couple ones poorly done in person. My pet peeve on these cars is !grille totally, i think its digusting!

If you can get her done right I'm sure it'll look good, but I'll be leaving mine black for sure.

Here's a couple more;

I really love the look of the blue one. Not sure I'd bother with the flames, but the rest of it is

You could possibly mount your plate on the lower air dam under the car, might have to hacksaw a few inches off the bottom of the plate for it to work though. Although I agree these cars look disgusting with a front plate on them.

I'd say paint it, it blends with the car a whole lot better.
