Default Any aftermarket hoods live up to OEM???

I was just wondering are there any Ram Air hoods that live up to the OEM WS6 Hood??? I've noticed the ASCD, Suncoast Creations, VFN hoods....they all look different up by the top of the scoops. I really dont care for that look at all, do Harwoods look stock???? I havent heard much of them, just noticed them on Summit racing.
I was thinking about the WS9 Outlaw, but I really dont care for Heat Extractors.....any advice is much appreciated!!!
Thanks guys!

Aftermarket will never meet quality of OEM

OEM designs for production tolerances... Aftermarket builds one and if the rest are somewhere close then great...

vfn quality is sick man. If your going for a 99% OEM fit, go with vfn.

VFN doesn't look stock though. If I can get a hold of a OEM ram air hood, i'll sell you my VFN one. I don't know if fit was good because my car was in a slight wreck b4 I got it. I fits great now, after I fit the body to it. Pics in sig

I just got a ASCD WS6 hood. It is a little bit taller in back near the cowl than a OEM hood it looks like. HotWhipT/A pointed that out to me in this thread. There are some pics of my hood here also. --> https://ls1tech.com/forums/appearance-detailing/500397-finally-ascd-hood-waiting-paint.html

But the fit was pretty good right out of the box. I really didn't adjust to much since I'm taking off in 6 days to paint it. Quality is real good too. Couple of very minor blemishes you would expect to see. I like the way it looks. But if you want that OEM look, only option is an OEM hood. Stay FAR away from Harwood though. My buddy orded one from Summit, and it arrived cracked, in shitty condition, and the holes were NOT even cut out for the Ram Air. YOU had to cut them out yourself. As for the Harwood scoops at the cowl, I have no idea how tall they are compared to OEM. He returned it and got a reg. WS9 of eBay.

Well, looks like I'll be ordering mine from GM. The VFN and ASCD's look nice, but I dont care for the akward shape the scoops have. The OEM hood just flows so well.
Thanks for all the input guys!

I don't get what you mean by awkward shapes the scoops have? VFN's molded from a stock hood.....they have more than just the outlaw hood too..
